UNBC’s Student Life Department organizes amazing events year-round. Here UNBC students can participate in more than 60 academic, cultural and social clubs on campus, which provide International students with a great way to meet other UNBC students. With a wide range of clubs, from an outdoor club to hockey club, as well as numerous cultural clubs - there’s something for everyone. In September, Student Life organizes a massive orientation to energize students, introduce them to our campus’ services all while building a new network of life-long friendships.

Remember, as a UNBC student, you have full access to our state-of-the-art Northern Sports Centre where you can participate in a variety of fitness classes, intramural sports, as well as cheer on the nationally ranked UNBC Timberwolves basketball and soccer teams.

Prince George offers four seasons of sports from accessible skiing and snowboarding in the winter to white water rafting and world-class mountain biking in the summer – there is something active for everyone to enjoy.
