The Mathematics Physics option provides an integrated set of courses in mathematics and physics, and is ideal for those with an enthusiasm for using mathematics to understand nature.
Currently there is great interest in mathematical physics due to exciting developments in both technology, such as nanotechnology and quantum optics, and fundamental physics, such as cosmology and quantum computing. Graduates will be well-prepared either to embark on a career in a research and development environment, or to enrol in graduate studies.

Grade 12 English
Grade 12 Advanced Functions and Introductory Calculus
Grade 12 Calculus
One other Grade 12 U course is required. Grade 11 Computer and Information Science is recommended.
