Apartment style residences at Newnham and King campuses accommodate a total of 1,346 students. Housing Services assists students in finding accommodations near all campuses. The rates above are for the entire academic year (fall and winter sessions). The residence fees include utilities, local telephone access, cable television, access to the Internet, and a furnished suite.

Activities
Campus recreation provides an open gym, and pleasure skating and shinny hockey at the Newnham Campus rink. There are also clubs, classes, intramural leagues and tournaments, and intercampus tournaments and extramural tournaments. For competitive sports, try out for Seneca Sting Varsity Teams, which compete provincially. Teams include badminton, basketball (men's and women's), cross country running, curling, women's fastball, indoor soccer (men's and women's), rugby, skiing, soccer (men's and women's), and volleyball (men's and women's).

Indian Association, Fashion Foundation, Filipino International Student Association, Freshman Committee of Seneca College, Latin American Student Organization of Seneca College, Marketing Association of Seneca College, Hellenic Student Association, Seneca Hillel, Seneca Muslim Students Association, Seneca Tamil Mandrum Association, Chinese Association of Seneca College, Chinese Christian Fellowship Association, and the Vietnamese Club.

Special Services
The Counselling and Disability Services Department assists students with special needs by providing information, acting as an advisor and research person, liaison with academic departments and other on-campus services, assisting faculty to respond to special needs, offering personal support and counselling, and advocating on the student's behalf.
Students must initiate contact in order to receive assistance for special needs. Early self identification is encouraged to ensure that reasonable accommodations can be made prior to the commencement of classes. Information about your special needs is confidential. International Involvement
Seneca's international activities have three major components: working with educational institutions in other countries to introduce improvements in administration, curricula, and teaching; working with other local enterprises on management and worker development; and enrolling citizens of foreign countries in college programs.
The multicultural nature of the Toronto area and its range of international business operations help to foster college contacts abroad. Seneca organizes study tours for students to countries in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, Mexico, and the United States.

Other facilities and services include alumni services, bookstores, career services, college bus services, parking (daily fee), food services, health services, help centres for math and English, legal aid, and lockers (rental fee per semester).
There are nearly 2,000 international (visa) students from more than 85 countries enrolled in Seneca's regular programs or studying English in the College's English Language Institute.
