Amenities can include study halls, cable TV, meal plans, Internet access, parking and retail stores.

Off-campus Housing

Notes
Housing is also available off campus in neighbourhoods surrounding the University. It is usually necessary to arrive two weeks to a month before classes begin to arrange off-campus housing as the selection diminishes as September nears. Prices for off-campus housing vary depending on size, facilities, and location. Some apartments include the cost of utilities (electricity, heat, water, etc.) in the monthly rent. One bedroom apartment rentals are in the range of $500.00 to $750.00 and up per unit per month. Sharing accommodation reduces expenses. A popular form of accommodation is a room or suite in a private house, often in the basement, where costs range upwards from $250.00 per month (for a single room with shared bathroom and cooking facilities).

Incoming Students
