The Sudbury campus is nestled just outside of the downtown core in what we to refer to as, an academic resort. Surrounded by 5 fresh water lakes, over 170 acres of land, and its own private beach it’s an ideal spot to explore the outdoors. This ideal location offers a calm, and tranquil learning environment that will undoubtedly assist in your academic success. Laurentian University is know for having outstanding programs within the faculties of Arts, Education, Health, Management, and Science, Engineering and Architecture at the undergraduate, and graduate level. A student to professor ratio of 18:1 supports the personal and approachable classroom setting these programs have to offer.

In addition to academic programming, Laurentian University also offers Language Institute Programs in English. International students who are interested in improving their English language can study in the English as a Second Language (ESL) program, the English Academic Program (EAP) or the University Pathway (UP) program before moving onto their undergraduate, or graduate studies.
