Scholarships Can Help Pay For School

Scholarships help many of our international students to pay for part of their university education. At the University of Waterloo, we offer 20 International Student Entrance Scholarships with many at $10, 000 CAD each.

Students are automatically considered for most entrance scholarships, which means you don’t have to worry about any deadlines or additional applications. Certain scholarships in our Mathematics, Computer Science, and Accounting and Financial Management programs do require a separate application.

A few of the scholarships based on academic achievement that are offered at Waterloo are the President’s Scholarship of Distinction, Merit and President’s Scholarship.

Here you can locate many different scholarships that are specifically suitable for you. Apply to a wide range of scholarships to increase your chances of receiving numerous scholarships.

Even applying to a variety of smaller scholarships can still add up to create a generous amount. Most importantly, continuously check and apply early as these sites are updated with new scholarships regularly!
