Description:This six-semester program parallels Hospitality Management - Hotel and Resort for the first two years of study: front-line service is highlighted in the first year, supervisory and operational skills in the second. Students are allowed the same range of options and are encouraged to pursue their career interests in a particular sector of the Hospitality industry.

The fifth and sixth semesters of the Administration program focus on helping students develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for effective management in the Hospitality industry. Students learn the importance of goal setting and planning, time management, teamwork and communication for those seeking careers as managers in any sector of the industry.

OSS Curriculum: OSSD or equivalent with Grade 12 English (C) or (U) (ENG4C, ENG4U). Applicants who are 19 years of age or over by the first day of classes, and who lack the academic admission qualifications, may be considered for entrance as mature students. Some programs accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis after the deadline. Contact the school for more information.
