Description:The most valuable resources of any business are the people who work there: the human resources. Business and government leaders now recognize that human resources must be managed more effectively if companies are to increase productivity in today's competitive market. Human Resources graduates have been trained to assist in the HR development process.

The student also has an opportunity in the program to take a minor specialization in either accounting or marketing through their business elective selections (BELE 3000, 4000).
