Description:This program teaches you how to assess and minimize the impacts of development and resource activities, and to restore impacted ecosystems. You’ll gain the knowledge and practical skills to conduct remediation, soil reclamation, and re-vegetation, as well as environmental assessment and land-use planning.

Our BSc in Environmental and Conservation Sciences degree in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences gives you the opportunity to study and develop real-world solutions for environmental issues such as land conservation, water conservation, biodiversity, and adaptation to climate change. You’ll also have the chance to participate in a three-week field school as well as a project-based capstone course.
