Description | Businesses today require practitioners who understand and are skilled in the development of joint approaches to labour relations. Western's unique diploma in labour relations (LR) provides students in business, the social sciences, and administrative and commercial studies with the skills and knowledge they need to pursue careers in the exciting world of labour relations and human resource management.
LR courses are completed entirely online. The program offers a unique and innovative curriculum, courses designed and delivered by practitioners, an emphasis on the development of joint approaches to labour relations issues. Students may find work in the growing field of human resources and labour management.
