| Description | Bow Valley College, in partnership with Carson Dunlop and Associates, offers this 10-subject home inspection certificate endorsed by CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors) and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Please visit the Licensing Office of Service Alberta website for more details. Each course is stand-alone, which means that you can take individual courses, or complete all ten courses necessary to earn a certificate. To earn the certificate, all courses must be completed in 5 years. Each course is available online, starting every Monday. The registration deadline is the Wednesday a week prior to the Monday start date. Once you are registered for a course, you have six months to complete the course.
