DescriptionThis certificate is ideal for career-minded people. Project management is the art of getting it done right, on time, and on budget. Learn the stages of managing a project through every step of the process. From initiation and planning, to execution, monitoring and controlling, you get hands-on experience in this certificate. Develop project management skills valued in a wide range of industry, through analyzing real case-studies. Each course is stand-alone, which means you can take individual courses, or complete all five courses necessary to earn a certificate. To earn the certificate, all courses must be completed within 5 years. Financial assistance may be available through the Canada-Alberta Job Grant. This certificate is a board-approved program of study for FULL credit toward the Achievement in Business Competences Blue Seal Certificate program.
