Discover the burgeoning field of environmental geoscience, a multidisciplinary applied science that involves the study of the interaction of humans with the biophysical environmental. Environmental Geoscience and Geomatics includes Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing, and is a growing sector with enormous applications in public and private industry. As a student in this program you will study the processes and properties of the biophysical environment, with a core foundation in geomatics techniques used for their interpretation, analysis and presentation. This program also provides the necessary training for certification with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO), allowing for use of the designation P. Geo. Membership in APGO is a requirement for all geoscientists working in Ontario.

2 of: Grade 12 Biology or Grade 12 Chemistry or Grade 12 Physics
Grade 12 Calculus
Two additional 4U or 4M credits are also required.
