The Bachelor of Arts in music degree is offered as a general degree, double major, or honours degree. The BAM is a non-performance based program that prepares students for a number of professions, graduate programs and professional schools. The honours degree is designed for students who wish to pursue the academic study of musicology or composition without applied music or performance requirements. This will provide a more vigorous research and scholarship option for music students who may pursue non-performance graduate music degrees.
