The program will focus on a hands-on approach to food and beverage service and will prepare you for positions in fine-dining establishments, restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. The two-semester program will include both theory and practical knowledge, taught by highly experienced faculty with solid industry experience. A significant portion of the curriculum will be delivered in the state-of-the-art Albert Schnell/Hilton Learning and Catering Centre.
