Description: This intensive program provides students with the technical and creative skills needed for entry-level employment in the fields of Web design and interactive content development. Students learn a range of interactive media production skills including interface design, motion graphics, Web coding, streaming, video and sound editing, graphics production, and interactive design. Students learn industry-standard software such as Flash, DreamWeaver, Flex Builder, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Audition, Sound Track Pro, and FinalCut Pro. Web technologies such as ActionScript, XML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and PHP are also in the curriculum.

Students often work in a team-based environment to create content collaboratively. This helps participants develop project management skills and creates a comprehensive portfolio. The interactive experiences designed and developed are then presented to a variety of audiences using broadband Internet connections and high-speed wireless networks.
