In addition to our programs in core computer science, Algoma University offers you three pathways to a career in information technology. These programs prepare you to work as the interface between people and computer technology, and to become a user’s advocate who designs, implements and manages computer-based information technologies. You will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of software applications and systems through courses that focus on the use and impact of computers in management, business operations, communications and networking.
These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
