Description:
Students studying the combined Major Art History and Film Studies develop an interdisciplinary knowledge and understanding of the visual and audio-visual arts, as well as the critical and theoretical discourses pertaining to each discipline. Emphasis is placed on a historical and contextual analysis of art and film from a variety of social, cultural, political and critical perspectives.

Quebec CEGEPS applicants must have completion of a two-year pre-university program or a three-year professional DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales). For students from other provinces, Concordia requires a high school diploma and between four and five Grade 12 subjects.
