The Applied Computer Science program focuses on the theory and application of Computing and Information Systems (CIS) in business and scientific environments. The rapidly growing field of CIS offers an exciting range of careers from web application developers to project managers. Our program will help students develop analytical thinking and software design and development skills by blending theoretical and practical aspects of CIS. Students may choose between the three- or four-year program leading to the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
The Applied Computer Science program is designed to provide an excellent basis for graduate studies in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or interdisciplinary areas such as Biostatistics.
