The certificate program in Municipal Administration is intended for employees of municipalities (and other interested parties) who wish to develop skills used in the administration of municipal services.
The program concentrates on the development of your: personal abilities: leadership, communications and public relations skills, technical abilities: accounting, financial management, office and records management, labour relations, personnel administration and parliamentary procedures, and sensitivity to, and knowledge of, government affairs — at local, provincial and federal levels — as they relate to municipal issues.
