Students in a French program at Huron will learn to speak, read, write and understand the French Language. They may also choose to study French literature from a variety of periods from the Middle Ages to the present day. In addition to French literature, courses are offered in francophone literature from many countries around the world such as Senegal, Martinique, Quebec, Algeria, Polynesia and Vietnam. Other areas of study include business French, French for liberal arts professions, French and francophone culture and film.
Classes are taught exclusively by highly-qualified and experienced professors (not teaching assistants) and the small number of students in each class is the key to successful language learning.

Grade 12 English
A minimum grade of 70% is required in Grade 12 English ENG4U.
