Physiology courses and research span the whole spectrum of living organisms, from events at the molecular level to integrated responses of the whole animal, offering a whole perspective on how the body works. Career paths include graduate or professional schools, employment in drug and pharmaceutical companies; marketing, research and development in biotechnology; government laboratories in health and environmental sciences.
