General Management School: McGill University Degree: Bachelor Field of Study: Business Administration and Management, General Management Science, General Description: Students pursue focused studies in two different areas in the Desautels Faculty of Management, or choose one subject area from Management and the other from another Faculty. This option is ideal for students who: are seeking a general business education; are interested in continuing their education in a related field such as law or industrial relations; or wish to pursue a career in a specific sector such as the arts, applied science, or public administration. Students choose one concentration in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Information Systems, International Business, Labour-Management Relations, Management Science, Marketing, Operations Management, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, Strategic Management - Global Strategy, or Strategic Management - Global Context, plus: a second Concentration in Management or a Minor or Minor Concentration, from another Faculty (usually Arts or Science) or a custom-designed sequence of higher-level elective courses (structured electives) from any Faculty with approval from the BCom office.
