Business Administration (B.B.A.) School: Brandon University Faculty: Arts Degree: Bachelor Field of Study: Business Administration and Management, General Description: The Bachelor of Business Administration program is built on a foundation of the courses in the core areas of business including accounting, information management, marketing, management, human resources, finance, operations management, and productions and operations. The small business management course requires students to integrate their knowledge through the preparation of a comprehensive business plan and a consulting project with local businesses. Students interested in obtaining a professional designation in accounting are able to complete the required courses as electives within the BBA. BBA students complement their business administration studies with a non-business minor, plus courses in the humanities and natural sciences. Our program provides advanced standing to students who have completed a two-year college diploma in business administration from a Manitoba college. Students must have attained at least a 'B' average, and have earned their diploma within the previous five years. Students with diplomas for other colleges are evaluated for admission on an individual basis.
