This program is designed for people planning to build their futures in the accommodation industry. In Canada there are 6,681 hotel properties with 387,631 rooms employing 301,000 people that generated revenues of almost $15 billion in 2005. Centennial's Hotel & Resort program admits students at three points during the year (September, January and May). Courses cover a full range of business practices in marketing, human resources, finance and industry operations as applied to the accommodation industry.
You will gain valuable work experience through an individualized industry placement, designed to provide a practical foundation for your career. Many students on placement continue on as full time employees after graduation.
