Economics probes the material aspects of our existence — as a country, a trading partner, a community or an organization. Economists analyze a vast spectrum of information in order to understand or predict how various activities will affect the economy at any given time. This program acquaints students with economic issues around the world and provides rigorous training in economic analysis.

Quebec CEGEPS applicants must have completion of a two-year pre-university program or a three-year professional DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales). For students from other provinces, Concordia requires a high school diploma and between four and five Grade 12 subjects.
