Psychology - Neuroscience (B.Sc.) School: Bishop's University Faculty: Social Sciences Degree: Bachelor Field of Study: Psychology, General Description: The Psychology Department offers a wide array of courses. We offer courses in all areas of Psychology, notably: personality, physiological psychology, cognition, motivation, child and adult development, social psychology and abnormal psychology. Additional requirements include the history of psychology, psychological statistics and the methodology of experimental psychology. Students interested in clinical psychology may also take practicum courses, which allow an opportunity for supervised work experience in psychology. Newly renovated experimental facilities allow advanced students to perform their own research under the direct, individual supervision of a faculty member. Several professors in the Psychology department have received awards for teaching excellence.
