Description:
Our Broadcast Television/Videography program combines the creative and technical aspects of broadcast television and videography. Courses emphasize the technical aspects of television production in live studio broadcast situations, production management, ENG (news) and EFP location shooting techniques, broadcasting on the Internet, and live remote production.
Students will have the opportunity to produce programming in high definition and to work on shows already in development that air on Canadian specialty digital channels.

Grade 12 English
• Grade 12 English (ENG4C or ENG4U). If English is not your first language, refer to the English Language Proficiency Policy in this publication • Three Grade 11 or Grade 12 C, U or M courses in addition to those listed above. Students are encouraged to have taken communications- or media-related courses, or to have successfully completed a co-op education placement in a broadcasting- or media-related field
