Tourism and Recreation Management School: College of the Rockies Degree: Diploma Field of Study: Tourism and Travel Services Management Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations Description: The program prepares students for employment in the fields of Tourism and Recreation Management or to continue their studies toward university degrees. It has been designed to introduce students to a broad range of skills and technical knowledge through class lectures, projects, and agency visits. This is a generalist program where students develop functional - transferable skills that enable them to gain employment in a number of recreation and tourism businesses. All students also receive industry recognized certificates including: Foodsafe, Superhost, CPR "C", Occupational First Aid Level 1, and Serving-It-Right.
