The Bachelor of Special Education is a second degree program designed for the preparation of special education teachers. Candidates must hold an acceptable prior degree in education (total credit hours = 36) before being considered for admission. The program can be completed either through full-time or part-time study. A tentative Special Education Course Plan has been developed to aid students’ course planning. This Course Plan is subject to change, pending enrollment and availability of instructors. Please plan your courses carefully, making sure to prioritize required courses.
Admission to programs within the Faculty of Education is limited, selective and highly competitive therefore, meeting minimum admission requirements does not guarantee acceptance to a program.
