The Specialization program is Statistics is intended for students who are interested in studying Statistics and applying it to a second discipline. Students in this program must choose one distinct field of application. Recommended fields of application are Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, Computing Science, Economics, Education, Genetics, Health Sciences Administration, Pharmacology, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology and Zoology. Students may, in consultation with the Department of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences, select a different field of application in place of those listed above.

Students must be in the third year of their undergraduate program with between 75 and 105 credits at the time of application.
