The Accounting Techniques (ACT) program is designed to meet industry’s demand for individuals who have a solid background in accounting and computerized bookkeeping. The program is short and intensive including a focus on financial reporting, practical experience with accounting software packages, and training in business communication. Graduates will be equipped to work in organizations of all types and sizes as Accounting Clerks, Bookkeepers, Administrative Assistants, Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerks, etc.

Grade 12 English
Mathematics
Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma with a majority of senior credits at the College Preparation (C), University Preparation (U) or University/College Preparation (M) level or Mature Student Status (age 19 or older). Students may use either Grade 12 Mathematics (C) or (U), or Grade 11 Mathematics (U) or (M) as a prerequisite.
