The Fine Arts program offers a wide range of undergraduate courses in the visual arts: painting, drawing, sculpture, and printmaking. By exploring art history and film studies, you'll gain a critical basis for understanding the fine arts. You'll be taught by professors who are actively engaged as artists historians, and critics, many of them internationally known. Classroom and studio learning are supplemented by bus trips to museums and galleries in Chicago, New York, and Toronto, and you'll have the opportunity to study abroad in such places as France, Mexico and the U.K. We provide individual studio space for fourth-year honours and graduate students.
These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
