This program prepares students for work in the health and fitness industry, and qualifying students to work as specialists with specific populations such as emergency service personnel, children, older adults, pregnant women or those with increased medical risk such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. Students will also gain knowledge in the areas of athletic injury management, communication, psychology and related business courses. Students registered in this program will gain hands-on training experience working with students registered in the Public Safety and Security programs.
