The goal of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program is to prepare nurses to provide nursing services in complex and rapidly changing practice environments. Students receive instruction from leading nurses, scholars, and clinicians. Graduates will be able to provide and to coordinate quality care to individuals, families, groups, and communities in a variety of settings.
Only students enrolled at the University of Alberta in the first year of the BScN—Collaborative Program can seek admission to the BScN—Honors Program. A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required on the first 25ch completed in the BScN—Collaborative Program.
