Requirements for Canadian Students
Applicants in Ontario must be eligible to receive the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Applicants must present at least six Grade 12 courses suffixed 4U or 4M courses, and one credit must be ENG4U - English. Applicants must present credits to satisfy any prerequisites of specific programs, disciplines, or courses in which they intend to enrol. Discipline prerequisites must be at the Grade 12 4U level unless otherwise specified. OAC courses may be presented in lieu of the Grade 12 prerequisites.

Applicants from elsewhere in Canada must satisfy general requirements which can be found on the U of T Scarborough's website.

Requirements for International Students
U of T Scarborough accepts students from the following curriculums: US Patterned System, Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), GCE, British Patterned System, Caribbean -- CXE, CAPE, and French Baccalaureate. Procedure for Canadian Students
Applicants should consult the University of Toronto website for full application procedures. Generally, applicants submit an application online through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC). Shortly after U of T has received the application information, an acknowledgment letter is sent to the applicant directly from the University. Applicants are strongly encouraged to read "Next Steps: Your Guide to the Application Process", available online at the U of T Admissions & Awards website to review information about application procedures and required documents (e.g. academic records/transcripts, proof of English language facility, Supplementary Application Form, Applicant Profile, etc.).

Applications for international students are considered on an on-going basis.
