On-campus Housing
Notes As a student at the U of S, you have several options for finding appropriate, affordable housing. The U of S on-campus residence is Voyageur Place.
Located in the heart of campus, Voyageur Place offers four dormitory style residence complexes. Single and double rooms are available at a price range of $6,046.00 to $6,712.00, which includes a meal plan.
Off-campus Housing
Notes McEown Place is a grouping of four high rise buildings located just south of main campus (five to ten minute walk). This residence contains one to six bedroom apartment style housing with a price range of $2,624.00 to $4,712.00.
Your residence room is more than a place to sleep; it is a study sanctuary, social hall, rec room, and more. In residence, living and learning coincide: you will meet new people, try new things, and be at the centre of campus life. Some of the most important aspects of your education will happen here in residence.
