Tuition Fees:

Notes for Canadian Students:
Tuition for most full-time certificate, diploma and degree programs is the same ($3,906). There are a small number of exception programs in which tuition is higher. Please consult the NAIT website for details. Beyond tuition and compulsory fees, students should expect additional expenses covering the student-operated health and dental program, books, supplies, and transportation.

Certificate/diploma program tuition: $12,400.00
Applied and Bachelor degree tuition: $13,500.00
Approximate cost of books and supplies: $1,200 to $2,000.00 per year

When taking programs offered through Continuing Education (part-time study), international students pay 2.5 times the Canadian course fee indicated in the NAIT Continuing Education calendar. Fees are approximately $3,500.00 to $6,500.00 per semester.

NOTE:
This fee is not mandatory.

A program covering student health and dental expenses is operated by the NAIT Students' Association. It is mandatory for all full-time day students who do not have alternate external health and dental coverage. International students are not eligible for the health plan. It is strongly recommended that international students purchase their own health care coverage. Please note, international students who are intending to remain more than 12 months in Alberta are eligible for Alberta Health Care.
