Huron University College is a small, residential, liberal arts university affiliated with The University of Western Ontario. Huron students have full access to the academic, cultural, and athletic facilities of Western and graduate with UWO degrees.
Part of Huron's mission is to provide its students with a broad and useful education that will develop their intellectual skills, enhance their desire for knowledge, and prepare them for positions of leadership and responsibility. The range of academic programs and opportunities students have for extracurricular involvement, both at Huron University College and at Western, allow for the fulfillment of these goals.
Areas of Expertise
Huron concentrates on traditional liberal arts programs, preparing students for business schools, law schools, and graduate work. Huron also offers a specialized program in international and comparative studies, as well as an undergraduate and a master’s degree in theological studies and divinity.
