Graduates of this program can be part of the childcare team teaching very young children social and problem solving skills, while providing a safe and nurturing environment. Early Childhood Educators provide age appropriate curriculum that is developmentally appropriate.
This program will appeal to students with a strong love for children. They must be tolerant and understanding, with a great deal of patience. They should also be able to show affection and a caring attitude.

Applicants require an OSSD with the majority of courses at the College (C), University (U), University/College (M) or Open (O) level.
