Biotechnology / Economics is designed to give you a dual capability as a scientist and economist, and to prepare you to take advantage of excellent career opportunities in biotechnology and science-based industries. You'll take a broader set of courses than in the Biotechnology / Chartered Accountancy program, yet be just as highly marketable.
As a graduate of this program, you may forecast the demand for new products, assess the market for new technologies, or secure funding for new products.
These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
