Summer General English Program School: International House - Vancouver Faculty: Study in IH Whistler Degree: Certificate Field of Study: English as a Second Language Summer English Description: IH Whistler summer classes are small throughout the season and offer additional hours and lower rates. Summer class schedules offer General English lessons in the major language areas; conversation, grammar, reading, and writing. Our highly qualified instructors are chosen for their ability to teach not only in the classroom, but to also utilize the outdoors in their lessons, using nature as an extended classroom. Some topics covered in these unique outdoor classes are the environment, forestry, animals, teamwork, and leadership development. New classes begin every Monday and a wide range of optional activities are available.
