A series of unpaid practicums will help to develop and reinforce these skills by providing valuable work experience. Students who wish to continue their education can pursue a university degree. At UCC, diploma graduates can ladder into the Bachelor of Business Administration and complete it in just two more years. In the degree, students can choose from specializations in accounting, economics, finance, human resource management, international business, and marketing.
