Business Administration and Management, General

| Description: |
The diploma in Management is a two-year program designed to assist students in developing key employment skills such as problem solving, oral and written communications, customer service, leadership, and computing abilities, as well as a strong sense of business ethics. A series of unpaid practicums will help to develop and reinforce these skills by providing valuable work experience.
Students who wish to continue their education can pursue a university degree. At UCC, diploma graduates can ladder into the Bachelor of Business Administration and complete it in just two more years. In the degree, students can choose from specializations in accounting, economics, finance, human resource management, international business, and marketing. A co-operative education option is also available, which provides students with another opportunity to combine their academic studies with paid, career-related work experience.
