E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce
|
| Description: |
E-commerce affects much of today's fast-paced business world. On-line business-to-business, business-to-customer, auctions, and various new business models continue to grow and diversify. Today's global companies collect, integrate, mine, and disseminate web data in ways never envisioned 15 years ago. Success relies people who understand computer and communication technology and the software components that hold it together. Created in cooperation with the F.C. Manning School of Business, Acadia's undergraduate E-commerce specialization builds computer scientists who are Web 2.0 ready both technically and around the board room table.
