McMaster University’s Faculty of Engineering and Mohawk College’s School of Engineering Technology are partners collaborating to provide a new and innovative pathway to both a three-year college diploma and a two-year university degree designed for working technologists and internationally trained professionals. Four year degree programs are also available to secondary school graduates.
Computing and Information Technology (for graduates of College Software Engineering, Network Engineering and Security Analyst, and Computer Engineering Technology programs) emphasizes Information Technology management and the broadening of existing technical skills. Advanced technical studies include Ethics and IT Law, Networking, Programming Design, Internet Applications, Data Mining, and Embedded Systems.
