This Program is designed to give students a broad exposure to all functional areas of Management as well as specialization in the area of Human Resource Management (HRM). HRM is an area that encompasses topics such as recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, and industrial relations. By taking a BBA with a specialist in HRM, students will be qualified to work in any area of Human Resource Management, to take a graduate degree in HRM, and will be well prepared for the CHRP certification exam required by many organizations for upper-level HR positions.
