Biotechnology, Microbiology & Immunology (B.Sc. Programs can be designed with an emphasis on microbial physiology and pathogenesis, microbial genetics (bacterial, bacteriophage and yeast), virology, tumour biology, immunology and immunopathogenesis. Microbiology and Biotechnology is an interdisciplinary program needing careful planning, and early consultation with an advisor is required. Students must consult with an advisor from the Microbiology and Immunology department at the end of their first, second and third years.
