Our department provides a solid foundation in organic, inorganic, physical and analytical chemistry and biochemistry, and offers training opportunities in cutting-edge fields such as environmental, computational and protein chemistry, nanotechnology and biological mass spectrometry.
This Specialization program is similar to Honours, but the Research Project and Thesis is replaced by an Independent Study and Practicum course.

4 of: Grade 12 Mathematics or Grade 12 Chemistry or Grade 12 Physics or Grade 12 Biology
Quebec CEGEPS applicants must have completion of a two-year pre-university program or a three-year professional DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales). For students from other provinces, Concordia requires a high school diploma and between four and five Grade 12 subjects.
