A combined BEd/BSc program allows you to satisfy the minimum requirements of both degrees in five years. The program provides a broader science background while maintaining the teacher education component. Graduates of the combined degree are eligible to apply for Teacher Certification in the Province of Alberta and most other provinces. RDC offers up to two years of these programs.

Grade 12 English
Grade 12 Pure Mathematics
2 of: Grade 12 Chemistry or Grade 12 Physics or Grade 12 Mathematics
Minimum average of 60% with no mark below 50% in: Biology 30; ELA 30-1; Mathematics 30 (Pure); and two of Chemistry 30, Mathematics 31, Physics 30 or qualify as a Mature Student.
