| Description: | Looking for a unique scholarly challenge? Hoping to be involved with university research before graduate studies? The Scholar’s Electives program is designed for high-achieving, self-directed students interested in pursuing an interdisciplinary academic experience. Brescia’s unique version of the Scholar’s Electives program allows students to broaden their university studies through focused research projects, faculty mentoring, and a specialized course designed to develop leadership skills through experiential learning and community service.
Scholar’s Electives students enroll in a Scholar’s Electives module in addition to their Honors degree courses/modules. Scholar’s Electives students have the benefit of being paired with a faculty member who serves as the student’s primary academic advisor, working in collaboration with the Associate Academic Dean at Brescia University College.
